Hope Adler
Hope Adler is a government affairs and strategic marketing professional with nearly 20 years of experience working with federal, state and local government agencies, nonprofits and commercial organizations. She has extensive experience developing marketing strategies, improving business processes and conducting public outreach, including crowdsourcing, survey development and implementation. Hope has spent the last ten years working in the area of disability employment policy.
At Concepts Communications, Hope is part of the ePolicyWorks team. Her responsibilities include providing strategic, technical and design support for the ePolicyWorks online dialogues, developing and implementing outreach strategies, producing communications materials, and supporting interagency facilitation and collaboration. Hope manages and conducts an extensive training program for ePolicyWorks that includes in-person trainings, webinar demonstrations, recorded videos and supporting materials.
Hope also provides technical assistance and outreach support for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy’s (USDOL/ODEP) State Exchange on Employment & Disability (SEED) including the design and implementation of their Salesforce management software system. In addition, Hope performed an instrumental role on SEED’s COVID Collaborative and in the development of the Work Matters Framework.
In addition, she provided communication and editorial support for the U.S. Department of Labor’s elaws (Employment Laws Assistance for Workers and Small Businesses) Advisors. In 2009, she helped launch the Campaign for Disability Employment’s “What Can YOU Do?” initiative and conducted its subsequent public awareness communications outreach.
Prior to joining the Concepts Communications team, Hope worked as a manager in the Federal Services Practice at BearingPoint, LLC. Her clients included the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), NASA, the U.S. Postal Service, as well as Boeing, General Electric and Orbital Sciences. She has developed and implemented successful surveys for HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center, briefed officials and political appointees on survey implementation and results and conducted extensive technology transfer market research for NASA.
Hope received her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in strategy and finance from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Delaware.
