Eliza Barker

Eliza Barker is a Communications Intern at Concepts Communications. She graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications Studies with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Health Education.

Prior to joining the Concepts team, Eliza was a Marketing Intern for Sagewater. During her time at Sagewater, she primarily assisted the Marketing team with various communications and marketing projects. She also led the design and deployment of a collaborative SharePoint website for Sagewater to improve internal communication within the company.

Eliza is excited to be working at Concepts and eager to contribute to the organization’s impactful work promoting disability inclusion, workforce development, and communications access. She looks forward to collaborating with the team and gaining hands-on experience that will further develop her skills in communications and public relations.
