The addition of “The Collaborative” to its name in Fall 2020 was a seemingly simple but significant change that signaled a new approach to its activities, one combining expertise from across both education and VR. Reflecting this, NTACT:C partners wanted to refresh their brand identity and develop common messaging for their collaborative going forward—and turned to Concepts Communications for assistance in doing so.
To start, Concepts Communications met with NTACT:C leadership and partners several times to glean their vision for a new brand, including logo and tagline, that reflects the newly formed collaborative’s expanding expertise and scope. This information in turn informed the development of a comprehensive analysis of NTACT:C’s primary and second audiences and beneficiaries, as well as key messaging for each. In tandem with this, Concepts Communications developed the new logo and tagline, which was implemented across its website and collateral materials. Following establishment of the new brand, Concepts Communications created a style guide for its use and fact sheet and presentation templates that can now be used by all partners when representing NTACT:C. To assist in further establishing NTACT:C as a leader on youth transition issues, Concepts Communications also developed a comprehensive tactical plan outlining strategies it can use to solidify its presence on social media. This plan included recommendations for new platforms, a content management strategy and menu of ideas for enhancing its existing efforts and measuring results.
