Bill is a government relations and communications professional based in the Washington, D.C. metro area who has over a decade of experience in legislative affairs, strategic partnerships, development, and communications at the federal, state, and local levels.
At Concepts Communications, Bill serves as a consultant supporting our veteran and military engagement and represents the Clear2Connect Coalition. The Coalition is comprised of 36 national veteran service and disability organizations whose mission is to urge federal lawmakers and relevant stakeholder to advance rigorous, standards-based policies that support access to information and communication for all Americans.
Throughout his career, Bill has been a staunch advocate for servicemembers, veterans, and their families. He has managed several national veteran and military service organization’s national communications strategies and policy efforts by engaging the White House, U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and U.S. Department of Transportation. For his work in the nonprofit space, he was named “Top Lobbyist” by The Hill in 2024 and 2023 and awarded “Top Lobbyist” by the National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021.
Bill served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve and most recently attended Drill at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, where he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in public policy.
