Bill is a government relations and communications professional based in the Washington, D.C. metro area who has over a decade of experience in legislative affairs, strategic partnerships, development, and communications at the federal, state, and local levels.
At Concepts Communications, Bill serves as a consultant supporting our veteran engagement on behalf of the Clear2Connect Coalition. The Coalition is comprised of 35 national veteran service and disability advocate organizations whose mission is to educate federal lawmakers and relevant stakeholders about the critical importance of quality and accurate Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) especially among our nation’s Veterans.
Throughout his career, Bill has been a staunch advocate for servicemembers, Veterans, and their families. He has managed several national Veteran and military service Organization’s federal policy efforts by engaging the White House, U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of Defense, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. For his work in the nonprofit space, he was awarded the National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics’ “President Award” in 2022 and “Top Lobbyist” in 2021.
Bill also currently serves as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve and attends Drill at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, where he is currently pursuing his master’s degree in public policy.
