Concepts Communications outreach efforts for the Clear2Connect Coalition focuses in part on educating the public about captioned telephone service and Video Relay Service (VRS) through media connections. Outreach efforts include articles, social media campaigns, as well as other materials that highlight coalition concerns about IP CTS in respective veteran and disability communities.
The Center enlisted Concepts Communications to help update and amplify its hospitality and disability initiative and to develop and distribute multi-media projects in support of its overall work.
