Concepts Communications outreach efforts for the Clear2Connect Coalition focuses in part on educating the public about captioned telephone service and Video Relay Service (VRS) through media connections. Outreach efforts include articles, social media campaigns, as well as other materials that highlight coalition concerns about IP CTS in respective veteran and disability communities.
