Concepts Communications has a long and rich history providing editorial and quality assurance services in support of the elaws initiative, dating back to its inception. Concepts Communications also leads the content creation for Employer.gov and Worker.gov while working closely with U.S. Department of Labor‘s technical team to ensure the ongoing functionality of the elaws suite of sites.
The Northeast ADA Center conducted a 2019 research study, which informed the development of an online toolkit called “Small Business at Work.” To enhance the tool’s content and drive its usage, Concepts Communications assisted the Northeast ADA Center in qualitative user testing of the toolkit and promotion of its availability among key audiences.
